Matt Aaron, CMO

I hold a bachelors in Communication and Marketing from UNM.
I have experience in Real estate acquisition and development. I am an experienced business owner and specialize in business development, social Media and print marketing.

Duncan McClure, CTO

I hold a M.S. in Nanoscience and Microsystems at UNM and a bachelors in Nano-engineering from UCSD. I am a materials and process engineer by training and built valuable experience in technology development and testing in several fields. Some projects I have worked on have included advanced bio-sensors, and integrated electronic devices for data collection.

DR. FRANK ETSCORN

First patent holder for the nicotine patch for use in tobacco cessation. The patent was licensed to Ciba-Geigy, now Novartis, and sold as the Habitrol patch. It is also marketed over-the-counter by Walmart (Equate), Kroger and Walgreens. He was named in most influential Kentuckians of the 20th Century. Dr. Etscorn holds the Lexington Herald-Leader “Products of the Year” and “Innovation" awards for the Nicotine Patch.

DR. JAMES LEARY

Dr. Leary received his Ph.D. in Biophysics at Penn State University and was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Los Alamos National Laboratory. He was a professor, researcher and inventor for 37 years at University of Rochester Medical School, UTMB Galveston, and Purdue University. He also has 15 years' experience in development of biomolecular and nanotechnology-based biosensors with colorimetric, fluorescence, or plasmonic-based output signals.

Helene Blanchette

Accomplished business leader and B2B marketing strategist presently based in California, after a 9-year career in Asia as regional GM (VP) for Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific Pte, Ltd. Helene is currently a managing consultant for GlobalFluency Inc.(GF), assisting, from the US, clients of GF in succeeding their expansion and sustainable business implementation, including team management and coaching of country leaders (remote international management). She is also a senior collaborator/writer of the Output Links Group (OLG) for their magazines and online news platform.

Henry Hernandez, MBA

A focused, energetic and determined marketing executive with a passion for improving patient lives. Henry brings entrepreneurial style/stamina with an extensive track record of driving bottom line growth and brand equity. His experience includes multiple, global new product introductions as well as growing sales of mature products in new and existing markets. He has strong strategic skills in both upstream and downstream marketing that have resulted in growing brand equity, portfolio expansion and lucrative business partnerships. He holds a BSME degree that provides that brings the ability to innovate along with R&D engineers, KOL's, and medical professionals for portfolio growth. Henry has sales experience that allows him to be able to energize global sales teams targeting project initiatives so as to drive top-line sales growth. Strong expertise in pricing strategy, market research and team leadership.

Pierre Rouleau, MBA
Pierre specializes in raising Capital while guiding strategy and maintaining operations. With over 20 years of experience in international business, Pierre has a successful track record of leading in hyper competitive markets worldwide. Known for building enviable, high value international management and execution teams.

Previously, Pierre held various Executive positions from VP to CEO with Novariant, Inc., based in Silicon Valley, Cultiva, Inc. and CSI Wireless, Inc. (HEM), both in Phoenix, Arizona. These companies conceive and market very high accuracy positioning and Guidance systems and Machine Control technology for industries such as Agriculture, Construction and Mining. Pierre has grown these companies an average of 35% to 50% “year over year”, and succesfully integrated the ensuing Mergers and Acquisitions.

Pierre has an Airline Transport Pilot license and an MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona.
